As a lifelong resident of Chicago, John Mousser has always had a passion for great architecture and the financial industry. His career, which began in the mid ’80s, has spanned several sectors of the financial industry, from banking to insurance and, finally, to real estate. John’s tenacity led to him to become a Senior Supervisor and Field Sales Agent Trainer with Illinois Vehicle Insurance Agency, where he was promoted numerous times throughout his tenure prior to venturing into real estate.
In 1997, John started his real estate career as a leasing consultant with Chicago Apartments and Condo’s. Within two years he obtained his salesperson’s license with the IDFPR and in 2004, obtained his real estate broker’s license. During this time, John once again showed his determination to succeed and, most importantly, help meet his client’s goals—he transacted over 1500 rental agreements and achieved over $60 million in real estate sales. After rising to a management position at CAC, John made the decision to join the team at Chicago Real Estate Resources in 2007, where he has been able to use his customer service skills and sales techniques to focus on meeting his customer’s needs.
