Justin is a mixed-use, multi-family and land development specialist. His primary areas of focus are Land Development; MFR Acquisitions and Dispositions; Office and Retail Acquisitions and Dispositions; Income Producing Commercial Real Estate; and Fuel and C-Store Sites.

Before joining CRER, Justin worked with 33 Realty and Hansen Realty respectively, spearheading the sale of development sites and commercial buildings throughout Chicagoland. Justin has earned a reputation as a partner who seeks out unique off-market opportunities, ensuring the best value and strongest return for investors. Born in Denver and raised in Wilmette, he demonstrates a keen awareness of deal fundamentals and an ability to seek out the very best investor opportunities.

Responsible for off-market multi-family real estate transactions focused on the infill retail and development opportunities in the Chicago area, Justin furthers his passion for real estate through local neighborhood associations and boards, philanthropies and alumni groups. When it’s time to relax, he can be found on the golf course, watching football, or spending time with friends and family.
