With a lifelong interest in real estate, Timothy built a career that combines passion, market expertise, and strategic execution. After studying business at Penn State University and the University of Illinois at Chicago, Timothy began his professional journey in Chicago, where he first honed the fundamentals of leadership, operations, and client service in restaurant management. Managing high-volume operations taught him how to navigate complex challenges, negotiate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer experiences—skills that became the foundation for his transition into commercial real estate.

In 2005, recognizing shifts in the market, Timothy joined Chicago Real Estate Resources (CRER), a boutique firm known for its expertise in receivership services, investment sales, and complex transactions. Over nearly two decades, Timothy has built a reputation for delivering results across multiple asset classes, including multi-family, mixed-use, retail, industrial and land deals. He works extensively with institutional clients from the finance and banking sectors, providing tailored solutions for asset dispositions, lease negotiations, and portfolio optimization. His experience also extends to highly complex transactions involving bankruptcy trustees, REO auctions, note purchases, and portfolio dispositions, making him a trusted advisor for clients navigating challenging scenarios.

In recent years, Timothy has expanded his practice to include landlord and tenant representation, leveraging his market knowledge to structure strategic leases and create long-term value for property owners and tenants.

Current Recognition: Timothy was recently honored by the CoStar Power Broker Awards for completing one of Chicago’s top retail lease transactions. This achievement highlights his role in securing a major lease for Fever, a global live entertainment platform, at the historic Germania Place property in the Gold Coast neighborhood—a deal recognized for its size and market impact.
Community Engagement: Beyond his professional achievements, Timothy is committed to giving back. He helped raise $275,000 for pediatric cancer research through a college dance marathon and continues to support charitable initiatives, including an annual Toys for Tots event, now a long-standing tradition.

Professional Affiliations: Timothy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Chicago Association of Realtors. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, reflecting ongoing professional development.
