CRER Senior Director Nate Gautsche has completed the successful sale of an ~40,000 SF lot in Chicago’s Humboldt Park. Located on the corner of Kedzie Ave and Franklin Blvd, this site offered a rare opportunity for an investor to acquire nearly an acre of land in one of Chicago’s rapidly appreciating markets. This is the 2nd site sold for a seller client in a strategic disposition of a nearly 2 acres formerly occupied by Sacred Heart Hospital and Davita Dialysis. The former Davita building sold in January. One 24,807 SF lot remains on the corner of Franklin & Sawyer.
This sale adds to the recent land transactions CRER has successfully brokered in the Chicago market.
