This is the 2nd site sold for a seller client in a strategic disposition of a nearly 2 acres formerly occupied by Sacred Heart Hospital and Davita Dialysis. The former Davita building sold in January. One 24,807 SF lot remains on the corner of Franklin & Sawyer.
