Chicago Real Estate Resources (CRER) welcomes back Josh Chowdhary as Vice President. Many at CRER will remember Josh from his earlier time with the firm, and his return brings added experience to the team.
Since leaving CRER, Josh has spent the past decade working across Chicago’s commercial real estate market, gaining experience with a range of asset types and clients. His background provides a clear understanding of property performance, market conditions, and the practical challenges of operating and repositioning assets. His return also reflects a pattern at CRER, where professionals who started with the firm choose to come back with broader experience.
In his role, Josh will support clients across property management, receivership services, and advisory. He will work with lenders and attorneys on receivership assignments, helping stabilize assets and oversee operations. He will also advise owners and investors on asset strategy and market positioning, with a focus on data and execution.
Josh is known for a straightforward, responsive approach and a focus on long-term client relationships. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver practical solutions. With more than 20 years in the industry, he brings strong knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and submarkets.
