CRER is proud to announce a transformative lease agreement at Germania Place, one of Chicago’s most iconic architectural landmarks. Senior Director Tim Keenan represented Fever, the global live entertainment discovery platform, in securing the almost 14,500 Sq. Ft. lease, ushering in a new era of immersive cultural programming in the heart of the Gold Coast.
Built in 1888 and designated a Chicago Landmark, Germania Place has long been a beacon of elegance and history. With Fever’s activation, the venue will host a rotating calendar of multi-sensory experiences, including virtual reality exhibitions and internationally acclaimed productions like Candlelight Concerts and Stranger Things: The Experience.
“This deal was especially meaningful to me,” said Tim Keenan. “It preserves the elegance of Germania Place while opening it up to new audiences through unforgettable experiences. It’s a full-circle moment that blends history, innovation, and community impact.”
Fever’s mission to democratize access to culture aligns seamlessly with CRER’s commitment to legacy-driven real estate. The transaction reflects Tim’s reputation for navigating complex deals and delivering results that honor both heritage and future potential.
