Nate Gautsche represented the property owner in the lease-up of 3,119 SF of retail space in the South Loop. The tenant was not represented. The established restaurant will take the space “as-is” and install black iron and complete the build-out.
For his client, Nate also procured a temporary lease with Halloween Hallway that generated a substantial amount of income for the property owner while we were finalizing negotiations with the new, long-term tenant. The ground-level retail space for this property space is now fully leased.
