CRER Brokers 45,000 SF Loop Office Sale at 100 S State

CRER’s Nate Gautsche represented the buyer in the off-market acquisition of 45,000 SF at 100 S State. Fully gut renovated for WeWork in 2018, the upper floors were subsequently vertically subdivided while the seller retained the retail on floors 1 and 2.
