Ben Berenstein

A Michigan State University graduate, Ben spent two years working at a third-party logistics agency in which he refined his business skills. He emphasizes the importance of building and maintaining relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry and considers it to be one of his best qualities.

Ben has always had an interest in pursuing commercial real estate. Utilizing his education and prior work experience, he transitioned into this role in November of 2022 and is looking forward to building his portfolio. 

Born and raised in the North Shore of Chicago, Ben enjoys exploring all the city has to offer. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family and cheering on the Cubs.

Shayne DOrazio

Shayne moved to Chicago in September of 2021 from Cincinnati where he grew up. He moved here to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate Insurance. After becoming licensed and getting his feet wet in the insurance world, he quickly realized his passion for the real estate market in the large city of Chicago. It was at that point Shayne decided to obtain his Real Estate license, knowing it was what he wanted to do now and going forward.

Formerly a lead business development representative for a construction software company, Shayne has always strived to put clients and customers first. Working with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors gave Shayne insight into the construction world that is applicable in the commercial project field. Whether it is a renovation or a project that has yet to strike ground, Shayne enjoys the process from beginning to end regardless of the size of the project or property. Working with others is a passion and a great challenge in today’s day and age. The most important thing to Shayne is being able to be someone that is reliable, understanding, ethical, and persistent. He believes in being someone that is approachable, whether you have known him forever or are meeting him for the first time.

When Shayne is not working; he is either on the golf course, watching sports, or playing poker. He enjoys old school music of all genres and is a movie quote buff. His motivation and drive for excellence comes from the love of his family and closest friends that have been there from day one. 

Victor Cornelio

Victor Cornelio is an experienced retail broker who worked for more than eight years at a national brokerage firm prior to joining CRER. During his tenure, he has helped transact more than $230 million in real estate for his clients.

A true Chicagoan, Victor focuses on the Chicago area and Midwest market but keeps an eye on the national scene.

He has many career objectives: to provide market research, advisory services, financing, investment sales and dispositions assistance. Victor’s clients benefit from having his many skills at hand while further adding value to their own businesses.

What sets Victor apart? His ability to develop and retain client relationships while providing an array of excellent services. He’s energetic, results-driven, and works well under pressure.

Victor graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northeastern Illinois University, studied abroad in Rome, and worked as a credit analyst before joining the brokerage industry.

Luke Kingsbury

Luke Kingsbury began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in 2017. Starting off as an associate broker focusing on single and multi-tenant throughout Chicago and the suburbs. He concentrates on relationship building, current market trends, developing his portfolio, and assisting clients throughout the entire real estate cycle.

During the middle of the pandemic, Luke had his best year selling real estate. He closed on multiple single tenant assets leased to national corporate tenants as well as local shopping center in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. He plans to add to the momentum and keeping building his pipeline year over year.

In his spare time, Luke likes to hang with friends, family, play golf, join various cluibs sports like softball, floor hockey, and beach volleyball. If you are not seeing him playing sports, you are probably seeing him going to see a band play live or going to a music festival.

Anthony Conforti

As a lifetime resident of Chicagoland, Anthony has always taken an interest in real estate. From an early age, Anthony began working in his family real estate business. Working alongside his father and mentor, he gained invaluable knowledge and insight into the business. During this time he learned about everything from construction and remodeling to property management and investment strategies. This foundation led the way for his passion for real estate.

After attending college, Anthony knew that real estate was meant for him. In 2011 he earned his real estate license and hit the ground running. He began working with buyers and engaging in property management. Anthony developed an intimate understanding of the real estate transaction and the importance of client relationships. After gaining knowledge and experience, Anthony adapted to an ever changing market and began working with sellers and investors. His understanding of the market and ability to find off-market and distressed properties make him an asset to first time home buyers and seasoned investors alike.

Anthony is knowledgeable in all facets of real estate and continues to hone his skills. Himself an investor in real estate, Anthony understands the importance of finding the best deal for his client and exhausts all resources to do so. Anthony takes pride in providing the best possible service to all of his clients, and his attention to detail proves to be an invaluable quality time and time again. Anthony looks at a business relationship more like a partnership that will last a lifetime.
