Victor Cornelio

Victor Cornelio is an experienced retail broker who worked for more than eight years at a national brokerage firm prior to joining CRER. During his tenure, he has helped transact more than $230 million in real estate for his clients.

A true Chicagoan, Victor focuses on the Chicago area and Midwest market but keeps an eye on the national scene.

He has many career objectives: to provide market research, advisory services, financing, investment sales and dispositions assistance. Victor’s clients benefit from having his many skills at hand while further adding value to their own businesses.

What sets Victor apart? His ability to develop and retain client relationships while providing an array of excellent services. He’s energetic, results-driven, and works well under pressure.

Victor graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northeastern Illinois University, studied abroad in Rome, and worked as a credit analyst before joining the brokerage industry.

Ryan Wewerka

Ryan Wewerka comes to Chicago Real Estate Resources (CRER) with robust experience in buying and selling real estate, with an emphasis on Net Lease Retail & Multifamily buildings. His focus has been helping investors in Chicago to achieve their financial goals through real estate. Ryan also likes to keep his finger on the real estate pulse participating as a member of ICSC. Ryan is a problem solver who has spent his career advising C-Suite executives on business best practices & helping real estate investors maximize their portfolios through acquisitions & dispositions.

He attended the University of Washington and graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Ryan’s background includes five years of experience advising CIOs and CTOs and multi-billion dollar companies on their technology and management practices.

In his personal life, Ryan enjoys exploring and seeking out new experiences of all varieties, a passion which manifested from living in multiple cities around the world, including Dana Point (CA), Seattle, San Diego, Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago, Granada (Spain), and Hong Kong. Ryan also enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and their dogs.

Anthony Conforti

As a lifetime resident of Chicagoland, Anthony has always taken an interest in real estate. From an early age, Anthony began working in his family real estate business. Working alongside his father and mentor, he gained invaluable knowledge and insight into the business. During this time he learned about everything from construction and remodeling to property management and investment strategies. This foundation led the way for his passion for real estate.

After attending college, Anthony knew that real estate was meant for him. In 2011 he earned his real estate license and hit the ground running. He began working with buyers and engaging in property management. Anthony developed an intimate understanding of the real estate transaction and the importance of client relationships. After gaining knowledge and experience, Anthony adapted to an ever changing market and began working with sellers and investors. His understanding of the market and ability to find off-market and distressed properties make him an asset to first time home buyers and seasoned investors alike.

Anthony is knowledgeable in all facets of real estate and continues to hone his skills. Himself an investor in real estate, Anthony understands the importance of finding the best deal for his client and exhausts all resources to do so. Anthony takes pride in providing the best possible service to all of his clients, and his attention to detail proves to be an invaluable quality time and time again. Anthony looks at a business relationship more like a partnership that will last a lifetime.

Ian Luscombe

Ian Luscombe began his real estate career in 2015 at Marcus & Millichap. The personal nature of this relationship-driven business enabled him to close many transactions. In early 2021, Ian Joined CRER (Chicago Real Estate Resources). During his first year at CRER, Ian represented clients in multifamily and mixed-use transactions of more than $22MM. 

In April of 2022, Ian took on an opportunity to take on a more managerial role at Matthews REIS in Chicago. During the next year and a half, he helped grow the Chicago office by recruiting several agents in the industry. Although being a manager was a valuable experience, Ian realized that his true passion lies in the sales side of the business. Ian returned to CRER as a Senior Director to focus on investment property sales on the North Side of Chicago with deal sizes ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000. 

The keys to his success? Taking pride in providing client satisfaction, perfecting his communication and people skills, and keeping his clients happy with a consistent deal flow stemming from his best effort. 

Ian graduated from Butler University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. 

At Butler, Ian played D-1AA football, his team winning Pioneer Football League Championships in both 2012 and 2013. As a student athlete, he developed a hard-working attitude and ability to tackle any obstacles in his way. It is how Ian still gets results, as his clients will attest. 

Finley Askin

Finley Askin is a licensed managing broker who specializes in the sale of multifamily properties in the Chicago metropolitan area. Since 2019, Finley has led the execution of over 100 transactions and sold in excess of $250 million in real estate assets. Prior to joining CRER, Finley was at a national brokerage firm where he ranked as the top multifamily broker in 2023.

Clients appreciate Finley’s honest and direct approach as well as his expertise as a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to real estate, Finley worked at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group where he assisted Fortune 500 companies in multibillion-dollar international acquisitions.

Finley graduated with honors from the University of Northern Kentucky where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Outside of real estate, Finley is a sports enthusiast and enjoys traveling, running, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
