Ashley has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has represented buyers and sellers of virtually every asset class including retail, industrial, multifamily, office, hospitality, development and agricultural land, golf courses, self-storage and mineral rights throughout the United States. Her clients range from private individuals to institutional investors. She works diligently with clients to determine the best investment/disposition strategy to fit their specific needs. She’s commended by her clients for her extensive knowledge of Opportunity Zones and other tax advantaged investment opportunities.

She holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation from the CCIM Institute, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR) and the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR).
