The property featured a new 30 year, absolute NNN ground lease with S&P “A” rated McDonald’s.  This was a rare opportunity to acquire the oldest corporate-run store in the state and one of the most established in the country.  The new store currently under construction will allow for a larger footprint, double drive-thru, and replaces the location across the street that operated for nearly 50 years.
