With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, asset management, development, leasing, and property management, Jack brings extensive investment and operational expertise to the firm.
Throughout his career, Jack has held senior asset management and acquisition positions with Chicago-area real estate investment firms, overseeing portfolios valued between $1 billion and $3 billion. He has participated in approximately $800 million in transactions involving multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and office properties.
His experience includes capital sourcing, financial underwriting, due diligence, refinancing, recapitalization, and property dispositions. Jack has also managed the financial and operational performance of more than 20,000 multifamily units and 2.5 million square feet of commercial space.
A Comprehensive Approach to Commercial Real Estate
Jack’s background in property ownership, investment, and asset management provides clients with a practical understanding of commercial real estate beyond the transaction itself.
By combining financial analysis with hands-on operational experience, he helps property owners and investors evaluate opportunities, assess asset performance, and make informed investment decisions.
At CRER, Jack will apply this experience to assist clients throughout the transaction process, from property valuation and investment analysis to negotiations, due diligence, and closing.
