CRER recently represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of 8101 S Ingleside Ave, a 70-unit multifamily property located in Chicago’s south side neighborhood of Chatham. The sales price was $4,115,000 or $58,786 per unit.
The seller, a local private investor, owned the property for approximately 20 years.
