Harry is a Chicago commercial real estate broker specializing in investment sales, with a focus on multifamily properties and development opportunities. He primarily works throughout Chicago’s North Side neighborhoods, while remaining active across the broader Chicago market.

With an investment-oriented approach to brokerage, Harry combines strong financial analysis and underwriting skills with an extensive network of relationships to help investors identify and evaluate opportunities. He is especially focused on sourcing off-market opportunities, where discretion, market knowledge, and strong relationships are essential.

Prior to joining CRER, Harry worked with Hansen Realty, a Chicago-based family-owned real estate firm. His work focused on investment sales and acquisitions, as well as hands-on market research, underwriting, database development, and business development.

Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Harry has a strong appreciation for the city and the character of its many neighborhoods. He believes Chicago’s grit, diversity, and constant evolution are part of what makes it such an interesting place to live, work, and invest.

Outside of real estate, Harry enjoys spending time with his growing family and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.
