A Windy City native, Tim established his firm, broad-based foundation for his successful real estate career by earning a BA in Accounting and Finance. After nearly 15 years in that industry, he in uniquely qualified to assist clients in understanding the "numbers side" of real estate.

Tim became hooked on Real Estate with the purchase of his 1st property, a two-flat in the River West neighborhood, nearly 15 years ago. Since then he has eagerly followed the market. He has established a strong client base and has gained extensive knowledge in virtually all aspects of Real Estate: Buying and selling residential, with an emphasis in new development as well as some commercial sales. His passion for Real Estate is exemplified in a favorite mantra of his "the worst day in Real Estate is better than the best day in the corporate world". This enthusiasm is evident the first time you talk to Tim and foreshadowed the inevitable transfer into the Real Estate industry, over 10 years ago. He is comfortable at all levels from hand-holding of a first time buyer to navigating the complexities of a multi-million dollar apartment building sale. And most recently, mastering the listing and selling of foreclosure properties has become a niche market for Tim as well. He applies a mature-minded approach with confidence and competence, while incorporating the very latest technology.
