Born in the northwest suburbs of Chicago Steven is passionate about Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he studied communications and entrepreneurship. Steven started his career in real estate as a leasing agent where he established relationships with clients and worked closely with some of the largest management companies in Chicago. He then moved on to start a career as a real estate appraiser. At this position Steven had the opportunity to appraise residential, commercial, industrial, retail and investment properties throughout the Chicago area.
As a lifelong resident of Chicago with a diverse background in real-estate, Steven can put his market knowledge to work for you. Currently Steven holds an active Real Estate Brokers license and a Real Estate Appraisal license in the state of Illinois. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors.
