As a lifelong resident of Chicago, Scott Madura is Chicago Real Estate Resources latest addition to the commercial sales team. Scott has been an Illinois licensed broker associate for over ten years and he also has 15 years experience as a Series 7, 63 and 66 licensed financial advisor. During his tenure as CFA, Scott worked for Morgan Stanley, PaineWebber and Prudential Securities, where he managed more than $80 million in assets for his clients. One of Scott’s areas of expertise during this time included providing replacement properties for IRC 1031 real estate exchanges, transacting over $30 million in starker trades.
Scott has been recognized as a Top Producer by his former employers and has a successful track record selling tenant-in-common (TIC) interests in real estate. This experience led him to pursue a career at CRER, where his primary goals include developing a rapport with clients and managing transactions from initial contact to closing. In addition to having a passion for real estate, Scott is a licensed pilot, flying private aircraft. Scott has proven that he is extremely goal-driven and pays meticulous attention to detail while maintaining an impeccable work ethic.
