Nate is an Indiana native with a business degree from Goshen College. He spent 3 years with CB Richard Ellis in South Bend, Indiana before moving to Chicago and joining CRER in late 2010. While at CB Richard Ellis, he obtained experience in commercial property management as well as commercial sales and leasing. His knowledge from both the property management and leasing sides of the business proves invaluable during lease negotiations and investment property representation.
Nate’s first venture in real estate was at the age of 19 when he purchased his first investment property. At 21, he sold that property and rolled the profits into a commercial investment property and started NCG Properties, LLC. Success in personal investment led him to pursue a career with CB Richard Ellis, becoming a licensed sales person in 2006.
Nate continues to build on his solid base of real estate experience by working towards his CCIM designation. He is driven to represent the best interest of his clients and make use of the tools out there to do so. Being licensed in Indiana and Illinois, Nate has the flexibility to represent his clients in both markets with ease.
