James is a native of Illinois who grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago. Born to a family of mason contractors taught James about construction and the various types of architectural building styles throughout Chicagoland. At nineteen, James purchased his first home to rehab and retain as an investment property. When he sold it five years later; the profit he gained was remarkable, which led him to continue his venture in buying, rehabbing and selling properties. James also traded agricultures and futures for a major institution, educating him about market trends, economics, discipline, ethics, and customer relations, which he applies to his current profession as a commercial real estate agent.
James affirmed his real estate passion by obtaining a sale person’s real estate license in 2007, and joined the team at Chicago Real Estate Resources to practice commercial real estate sales. As an entrepreneur, combined with his years of knowledge in buying and selling real estate, James has honed his skills and knowledge of market conditions and trends. In addition, James assists in the management of receivership properties, and conducts broker price opinions of pre-foreclosure and foreclosed commercial properties thoughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
James possesses a good understanding of current real estate market conditions and trends, and appropriated property values. With this knowledge in hand, allows James to help guide his clients in making the proper decisions by choosing target market areas in which to purchase the right property that best fits their portfolio. This has helped James complete some very successful real estate transactions and establish long-term business relationships.
